Executive, Talent Acquisition

Position Responsibilities

• Manage the full

recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring for headquarter and retail operations both locally and globally.

• Collaborate with retail operations to tailor strategies for different

roles and geographies.

• Work closely with internal and external

stakeholders (hiring managers, agencies, etc.) to fulfill talent needs.

• Assist in talent

mapping by identifying potential candidates for key roles and maintaining records of high-potential talent in a centralized database.

• Engage with candidates

throughout the recruitment process, providing timely updates, addressing inquiries, and ensuring a positive candidate experience.

• Support and manage on

the recruitment marketing campaigns for job openings across various platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, job boards, social media, professional network, campaign marketing, etc).

• Attend career fairs, networking events, and industry conferences to

promote the company, engage with potential candidates, and be company’s ambassador.

• Ensure timely and accurate updates to regular data reporting and trackers

to maintain reliability and support informed decision-making.

• Perform any other

assigned duties and responsibilities assigned by superior from time-to-time.

• Collaborate and support on any recruitment related projects.
• Implement tools and technologies to improve the recruitment workflow,

stakeholder experience, and candidate experience.

Qualification & Experiences

• Must possess at least a Diploma / Degree in HR/ Admin or other related disciplines.
• Minimum 2 year work experience in HR/ Admin related field
• Excellent presentation, communication, problem-solving, interpersonal, and time-management skills.
• A valuable team player and able to work independently.
• Computer literate with good command of both written and spoken English and Malay.
• Confident, proactive, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Possess own transport and willing to travel.
