Offshore Services – Australia Projects

Our offshore project support team in Malaysia plays a pivotal role in supporting our rapidly expanding portfolio of major projects across Australia.

Following a recent major project award and the continued growth of our Australian operations, we are further strengthening our offshore capabilities to support the effective delivery of our expanding project portfolio.

As part of this growth, we are looking for experienced and detail-oriented Document Control professionals to join our offshore project delivery support team in Malaysia.

We are building a strong talent pool of Document Controllers to provide dedicated offshore support across our major infrastructure, rail, and renewable energy projects in Australia, ensuring project documentation is accurately managed, controlled, distributed, and maintained in accordance with established project requirements and document control procedures.

Based at our Damansara Perdana office, you will work closely with our onshore project teams in Australia, supporting the management of project documentation, document registers, workflows, submissions, transmittals, and records throughout the project lifecycle.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing international project portfolio and contribute to the delivery of major projects across Australia from our Malaysia-based offshore hub.

Key Responsibilities

Document Control & Management

  • Understand the Integrated Management System document management (IMS) processes.
  • Download the appropriate documents as required from the IMS.
  • Determine the correct document numbering for local documents.
  • Populate and maintain the local document register with document name, number, process owner and version.
  • Create the local document(s) required.
  • Update local document library with new or updated documents and set alerts on the library for changes linked to IMS parent documents.
  • Communicate to the business any changes.
  • Support project members to do one or all the above.
  • Work with cross-functional teams in updating the IMSacross all areas.
  • Ensure the right documents are vetted and accepted for loading on to the system.
  • Work with subject matter expert to create some documentation in line agreed templates.

Qualifications

  • A Diploma / Degree or equivalent
  • Document Control experience, prefereably in construction and related engineering industries.
  • Proficient in English, both written and verbal.

Expected Minimum Years of Experience

Min 2 years and above in related fields
