FACILITY MECHANICAL ENGINEER
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the equipment maintenance, compounds, and Facilities, and updates to
documentation for Factory Facilities and equipment.
- Responsible for Facilities equipment preventive/predictive maintenance. Ensure all PM,
daily checklist, monitoring are adhered to SOP, WI and authorities’ compliance.
- Monitor Utility usage including electricity, water, and compressed air to maintain sufficient
capacity.
- Maintain ISO documentation, including validation of Facilities equipment, and update
record as required.
- Manage the Building Management System (BMS) to ensure equipment operate within
specified parameters
- Ensure compliance of buildings and Facilities with local safety, environmental, and
regulatory inspection (e.g., DOSH, DOE, ST and etc)
- Conduct and support audits, while managing corrective and preventive action (CAPA), and
Non-Conformity Report (NCRs), ensuring quality records are properly maintained.
- Technical support on plant Facilities upgrading/Retrofit/hook up project and no limit to
establish scope of work(SOW) which related to Facilities system or work.
Requirements:
- Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years working experience in related field.
- Preferably experience in operating and maintaining Facilities mechanical system including
HVAC at cleanroom, BMS and Mechanical system.
- Good interpersonal, communication and writing skill
- Familiarity with local and federal regulations related to Facilities management.
