Factory Quality Executive

We are looking for a passionate and committed Factory Quality Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will support the implementation and continuous improvement of Quality Management System (QMS) and Food Safety Management System (FSMS) within factory operations.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage and support the day-to-day operations of the Quality Enforcement and System Management & Compliance functions.
• Set and monitor sectional KPIs and activities in line with departmental goals.
• Ensure all required quality reports are prepared accurately and submitted on a timely basis.
• Manage and support the implementation of ASQUA requirements across relevant operations.
• Manage and coordinate Food Safety Management System (FSMS) improvement activities, including food safety culture, food defense, food fraud, mock recall and food safety meetings.
• Lead Supplier Management activities, including planning, coordinating and conducting supplier audits.
• Manage and support the implementation and maintenance of the ISO 9001 Quality Management System.
• Review and update procedures related to sectional operations to ensure proper implementation and compliance.
• Support customer, authority and certification body audits and visits.
• Prepare relevant training modules and conduct quality and food safety training for employees.

Job Requirements

• Candidate should possess a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Food Technology / Nutrition / Dietetics.
• Preferably at least 2 years of related working experience.
• Preferably Executive specializing in Quality Assurance / Quality Control or equivalent.
• Knowledge or exposure to ISO 9001, HACCP and FSSC 22000 would be an added advantage.
• Good understanding of food safety, quality management and compliance requirements.
• Good communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently as well as effectively with cross-functional teams.

Possess good planning and organizational skills with attention to detail.
