Job Description
- Provide service support to customer.
- manage and troubleshoot all on site installation, repair / issue, maintenance, test and buyoff.
- Provide daily service reports.
- Communicate and cooperate with Headquaters technical team and share information across the organization.
- Build good relationships with customer.
- Other duties and assignments as instructed by superiors from time to time.
- To comply to all requirements of ISO (inclusive of all standards approved by the Management) and to adhere to general
safety practices, standard operating procedure, work instructions, policies and guidelines provided by the company.
Requirements
- At least a Certificate in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering
(Mechatronic/Electromechanical) or or equivalent experience in related field.
- Minimum 1 year(s) & above in field service support in local or overseas.
- Must be able to provide service support in automation/equipment on site and set up with skills of mechanical, electrical and software.
- Able to travel for long period
