RTR Associate / Analyst

• Execute end-to-end Record-to-Report (R2R) activities, including journal entries, accruals, provisions, reconciliations, and financial adjustments.
• Manage intercompany accounting, including reconciliations, balancing, issue resolution, and month-end closing activities.
• Perform and monitor SAP S/4HANA settlement processes, ensuring accurate allocation and distribution of costs across business units and cost objects.
• Lead and support month-end and year-end close, ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant financial reporting.
• Ensure compliance with SOX, internal controls, accounting policies, and audit requirements, while serving as an SME for R2R, SAP S/4HANA, intercompany accounting, and settlement processes.

RTR Team Leader

• Manage end-to-end Record-to-Report (R2R) activities, including journal entries, reconciliations, accruals, provisions, and financial adjustments.
• Lead intercompany accounting and SAP S/4HANA settlement processes, ensuring accurate cost allocation, reconciliation, and month-end close activities.
• Drive month-end and year-end closing, financial reporting, balance sheet reviews, and analysis to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
• Ensure compliance with SOX, internal controls, accounting policies, and audit requirements, while supporting internal and external audits.
• Serve as an SME for R2R and SAP S/4HANA, collaborating with global stakeholders and leading process improvements and automation initiatives.

RTR Associate / Analyst

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field; Commerce graduates preferred.
• 4+ years of R2R experience in BPO, Shared Services, or Global Business Services environments.
• Strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA, month-end and year-end close processes, and financial operations.
• Advanced skills in financial analysis, MS Excel, reporting, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication.
• Fluent in Japanese or Korean (written and spoken), with multinational/shared services experience considered an advantage.

RTR Team Leader

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field, with 6+ years of R2R experience in BPO, Shared Services, or Global Business Services environments.
• Strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA, intercompany accounting, reconciliations, settlement cycles, and financial close processes.
• Proven experience in P&L and Balance Sheet reporting, financial analysis, and presenting results to senior stakeholders.
• Strong leadership capabilities, including team supervision, escalation management, SLA/KPI ownership, and month-end close governance.
• Excellent analytical, communication, stakeholder management, resource planning, and workload management skills, with advanced proficiency in MS Excel and financial reporting tools.
• Commerce graduate with a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related business discipline.
• Experience working in multinational BPO, Shared Services, or Global Business Services (GBS) environments.
