RTR Associate / Analyst

• Manage end-to-end Fixed Assets (FA) processes including asset creation, maintenance, disposal, and depreciation.
• Prepare and post FA-related journal entries and maintain asset records.
• Perform FA account reconciliations and support PP&E reporting and analysis.
• Download bank statements and coordinate with users on asset settlements.
• Support audit requirements and ensure compliance with financial controls.
• Contribute to KPI achievement, process improvements, documentation updates, and training of junior team members.

RTR Team Leader

• Oversee daily operations and month-end close activities, ensuring SLA and KPI compliance.
• Manage client interactions, governance meetings, reporting, and process-related escalations.
• Drive process improvement, automation, and operational efficiency initiatives.
• Lead client transitions, process documentation, and scope handovers.
• Develop team capabilities through onboarding, coaching, performance management, and feedback.
• Report operational issues to management and participate in regional and global projects.

RTR Associate / Analyst

• With at least 3 to 6 years relevant experience
• Strong knowledge of Accounting and Fixed Assets (FA) processes.
• Proficient in SAP, Microsoft Excel, and Word.
• Able to manage multiple priorities, large workloads, and tight deadlines independently.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, negotiation, and communication skills.

RTR Team Leader

• With at least 6 years relevant experience
• Strong expertise in SAP, Fixed Assets, and accounting operations.
• Proven experience in team leadership, coaching, and process improvement initiatives.
• Detail-oriented and analytical, with the ability to resolve issues and drive results under pressure.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Accounting certification preferred; positive attitude and ability to lead high-performing teams.
