OTC Associate/Analyst

As an OTC Associate/Analyst, you will manage the end-to-end Order-to-Cash (OTC) process, including accounts receivable activities such as billing, collections, cash application, dispute resolution, and month-end closing tasks. The role requires strong coordination, time management, and multitasking skills while serving as a key liaison between clients and their customers. You will also handle customer master data maintenance, support invoice reconciliation activities with customers in China, monitor overdue accounts, address debit balance issues, forecast cash flow, and assist with audit-related requirements.

In addition to day-to-day operations, you will contribute to achieving key performance indicators (KPIs) by applying finance and accounting knowledge to deliver high-quality results. The role offers opportunities to participate in continuous improvement initiatives, document and update processes, learn new client procedures, and provide training and guidance to junior team members, supporting both personal growth and operational excellence.

OTC Team Leader

As an OTC Team Leader, you will oversee the delivery of daily operations and month-end close activities, ensuring adherence to service level agreements (SLAs), key performance indicators (KPIs), and business controls. The role involves managing client relationships, leading governance and operational meetings, preparing reports and presentations, addressing operational issues and escalations, and ensuring contractual commitments are met during process transitions and scope handovers.

You will also drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process optimization and automation opportunities, supporting process redesign efforts, and participating in regional and global projects. In addition, you will be responsible for developing team capability through onboarding, coaching, performance management, and ongoing skills development, fostering a high-performing team that consistently delivers operational excellence and client satisfaction.

PTP Associate/Analyst

As a PTP Associate/Analyst, you will manage the end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (PTP) process, including invoice posting, payment processing, helpdesk support, T&E audits, vendor master data maintenance, account reconciliations, and month-end closing activities. The role requires strong coordination, multitasking, and time management skills, while serving as a key liaison between clients and vendors. You will also handle vendor data administration, process hard-copy invoices from China and Taiwan, support GR/IR reconciliations, and collaborate with procurement teams and vendors to resolve open items.

In addition, you will be responsible for tax-related activities, requiring familiarity with tax regulations in China, Korea, and Taiwan, as well as the ability to adapt to policy changes and assess their operational impact. The role provides opportunities to strengthen finance and accounting expertise, contribute to KPI achievement, support process improvement initiatives, document and update procedures, learn new client processes, and provide training and guidance to junior team members.

PTP Team Leader

As a PTP Team Leader, you will oversee the timely and accurate delivery of daily operations and month-end close activities, ensuring compliance with SLAs, KPIs, business controls, and reporting requirements. The role involves leading client-facing process activities, managing governance and operational meetings, preparing agendas and presentations, addressing escalations, and ensuring contractual obligations are met during process transitions and scope handovers.

  • 3–6 years of relevant experience in Accounts Receivable, Collections, or Order-to-Cash (OTC) operations.
  • Strong Accounts Receivable and Accounting Expertise with a solid understanding of AR processes, cash application, and receivables management reporting.
  • Effective Work Management Skills, including the ability to handle high account volumes, prioritize tasks, manage multiple responsibilities, and meet tight deadlines independently.
  • Excellent Communication and Negotiation Abilities, with strong follow-up, problem-solving, and customer handling skills in both written and verbal interactions.
  • Proficiency in Business Tools and Systems, particularly SAP, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Word.
  • Strong Collaboration and Language Skills, demonstrated through relationship-building, teamwork, and fluency in written and reading Chinese/Mandarin.

OTC Team Leader

  • 6 years of relevant experience in Accounts Receivable, Collections, or Order-to-Cash (OTC) operations.

  • Proven Leadership and Process Improvement Experience, including leading teams and driving operational efficiency initiatives.

  • Proficiency in SAP/Ariba and Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel and Word, with the ability to manage high volumes of transactions efficiently.

  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and language skills, including strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities, fluency in written and reading Chinese/Mandarin, and knowledge of tax regulations in Taiwan, China Mainland, and Japan.
