About the Role
As a Finance Business Partner, you will play a critical role in bridging the gap between finance and operations. You will be a strategic ally to our business units, providing the data-driven insights and financial modeling necessary to drive digital transformation and achieve long-term business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Partnering: Collaborate closely with business units to provide financial analysis, forecasting, and strategic insights to help them meet financial goals.
- Decision Support: Deliver data-driven financial analysis to senior management to support key business decisions and drive financial digital transformation.
- Systems Optimization: Lead cross-functional initiatives to enhance financial systems, focusing on automation, accuracy, and reporting efficiency.
- Risk Management: Analyze foreign exchange markets and company data to provide actionable insights for mitigating risks.
- Financial Modeling: Develop and implement data-driven models to improve budgeting, forecasting, and performance evaluation.
- Strategic Alignment: Contribute to shaping financial strategies that align with the company's long-term vision.
- Liaison: Serve as a strategic liaison between finance and operations, offering expert guidance and fostering seamless collaboration.
What We’re Looking For:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA, CFA, or equivalent credentials are preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in financial analysis or finance business partnering (BP). Experience in foreign exchange or the financial sector is a plus.
- Digital Transformation: Proven experience in financial digital transformation, with proficiency in ERP, BI tools, and data analytics.
- Technical Expertise: Strong skills in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and the ability to translate complex data into business insights.
- Global Perspective: Prior experience in large technology firms (e.g., Huawei) and cross-cultural work experience is preferred.
- Communication: Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills in English to interact with global stakeholders.
- Demonstrates the ability and mindset to leverage AI tools to improve work efficiency, productivity, and quality, while continuously exploring new ways to enhance business impact.
