About the Role
As a Finance Fund Manager, you will be responsible for building and optimizing the group's fund management system, implementing funding strategies, and overseeing comprehensive risk controls. You will coordinate funds on a macro level, manage third-party payment integrations, and perform advanced fund analysis to support the group's strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- System Development & Optimization: Design and improve fund management policies and operational standards for both group and private banking sectors.
- Fund Strategy Implementation: Collaborate with major shareholders to formulate medium- to long-term plans for financing, investment allocation, and liquidity management.
- Operations Management: Oversee daily fund allocation, position management, and cross-border fund flows while ensuring compliance and controllable foreign exchange risk.
- Fintech Integration: Manage third-party payment settlement rules (e.g., Alipay, WeChat Pay) and promote automation to enhance settlement efficiency.
- Risk Control: Establish early-warning mechanisms for liquidity, credit, and operational risks, including regular stress testing and contingency planning.
- Decision Support: Use data modeling tools to provide cash flow forecasts, gap analysis, and data-driven support for management decisions.
What We’re Looking For:
- Education & Certification: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or Accounting; professional certificates like CPA, CFA, or FRM are a plus.
- Experience: 3-5+ years of fund management experience in large corporations or financial institutions.
- Technical Expertise: Expertise in fund pool management, cross-border flows, and financing instruments such as supply chain finance or ABS.
- Systems Knowledge: Familiarity with SWIFT, SAP Treasury, Excel modeling, and third-party payment systems.
- Language Skills: Proficiency in spoken and written Mandarin to liaise with stakeholders from Mainland China and Taiwan.
- Soft Skills: Strong logical analysis, strategic vision, and the ability to handle cross-departmental collaboration.
- Demonstrates the ability and mindset to leverage AI tools to improve work efficiency, productivity, and quality, while continuously exploring new ways to enhance business impact.
