Finance Manager

Tan Chong Group is a leading conglomerate with diverse business interests in the automotive, real estate, and financial services sectors.

TC Euro Cars Sdn Bhd (Subsidiary of Tan Chong Group) is looking for Accounts Manager. This role will be based at KL Head Office.

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare monthly account performance reports, including revenue, utilisation, claims, and penalties.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, insurance requirements, and regulatory standards.
• Conduct regular account reviews and performance reporting.
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities (long-term rental, leasing, subscription, fleet replacement).
• Achieve assigned revenue, utilisation, and margin targets.
• Manage fleet management charges and external car-sharing operations.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree/Professional Degree in Finance and Accounting.
• Minimum 4 - 6 years of working experience.
• Able to multi tasks and computer literate (Excel, Word).
• Good organizers, ability to prioritize workload and work within tight deadlines.
• Detailed and analytical oriented.
