Financial Planning & Analysis Manager

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) to lead financial planning, analysis and business partnering activities for our operations.

This role works closely with Operations and Finance leadership to provide meaningful financial insights, strengthen cost management and support business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the annual budgeting and financial forecasting process.
• Prepare financial analysis and management reports to support business decisions.
• Analyse operational and manufacturing costs, variances and financial performance.
• Partner with Operations and other business functions to identify cost improvement opportunities.
• Monitor financial performance against budget and forecast, and provide recommendations to management.
• Support business planning, financial modelling and strategic initiatives.
• Lead and develop the FP&A team.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business or a related discipline.
• 8–12 years of relevant experience in FP&A, management accounting, commercial finance or operational finance.
• Strong experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis and management reporting.
• Experience in manufacturing, FMCG, food, agriculture or other operational environments will be an advantage.
• Good understanding of costing and operational financial analysis.
• Strong business partnering and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven experience in leading or developing a finance team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Candidates must be willing to relocate to Segari, Perak.
