Qualifications & Requirements:

1. Possess at least a Degree in Food Science / Food Technology
2. Preferably with 1 year of working experience in Food Industry
3. Knowledge in Food Act & Food Safety Regulations
4. Familiar with basic microscope handling techniques
5. Familiar with fundamental baking and frying methods
6. Able to manage multiple projects and meeting tight development timelines

Responsibilities:

1. To develop new food product / process or improve existing ones
2. To plan, perform and evaluate baking / frying trials
3. To conduct and evaluate taste panels to access flavor / appearance and texture
4. Testing of shelf life and stability of foods products
5. Working with cross-functional teams like marketing, production and procurement
