About the Role

As part of our Supply Chain team, you'll lead & manage demand & supply planning, category management, and promotional planning to keep our restaurants stocked with the right products meeting McDonald’s quality standards, at the most competitive price, without supply interruption. You'll work closely with suppliers, our logistics partner, and internal cross-functional teams across Marketing, Menu, Operations and others to keep McDonald’s restaurants running smoothly nationwide.

The role must also support the company’s business growth strategy through the development of both internal talent and supplier capabilities, while driving operational excellence and ensuring sustainable long-term profitability.

What You'll Do

Core Supply Chain Management & Relationship Management

  • Responsible for sourcing, selection, and approval process for new suppliers who must meet all McDonald's quality standards & compliance to support business expansion and new business opportunities.
  • Manage the business relationships with the suppliers involved in the supply chain category
  • Works directly with suppliers to ensure the necessary supplier infrastructure is in place to execute the product plan and meet future business growth.
  • Lead demand & inventory planning with our distribution partner for the assigned categories to ensure healthy stock levels and business continuity.
  • Evaluates, analyses and drive cost optimisation and negotiation to increases cost competitiveness across your assigned product categories.
  • Build strong relationship and foster teamwork across departments , cross-functional teams, and key stakeholders

Promotional Management

  • Own end-to-end promotional planning and project timelines — demand projection interpretation, collaborate with DC for supply & distribution planning through to launch, product costing negotiation, promo performance live monitoring, and campaign close-out.
  • Monitor promo performance throughout the campaign — tracking sell-through, running depletion simulations, and stepping in early when supply risk is detected.
  • Provide timely and accurate feedback into the cross functional working group on new product inventory status and provide solutions / mitigation plan to manage excess / shortage when applicable
  • Ensure assured supply for every promotion, balancing stock availability against cost exposure
  • Lead cross-functional coordination with Marketing, Menu, and Operations to keep every promotional milestone on schedule, and drive post-campaign reviews to capture learnings.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of working experience in Supply Chain Management.
  • Prior working experience in the F&B industry would be an advantage
  • Strong critical thinking and numerical/analytical skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate clearly in both verbal and written formats.
  • Able to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced working environment.
  • Good project management and organizational skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple projects and stakeholders to meet agreed timelines.
  • High proficiency in Excel
