Basic experience in gardening / landscaping
Knowledge of plant care (watering, fertilizing, pruning)
Ability to operate gardening tools safely such as grass cutter, blower, trimmer safely
Physically fit and able to work outdoors
Good attitude, discipline, and teamwork
Basic safety awareness
Plant, water, and maintain flowers, trees, shrubs, and lawns
Perform pruning, trimming, and shaping of plants
Apply fertilizers to support plant growth
Remove weeds, maintain garden beds and monitor plants for pest infestation or diseases
Replace dead or unhealthy plants
Cut grass, mow lawns, and trim edges
Maintain plantation areas such as durian hill, compound area, fences, pathways and drains
Sweep and clear fallen leaves and debris from roads, drains, and walkways to ensure outdoor areas remain clean and presentable
Remove waste and dispose of it properly
Apply pesticides, herbicides, or treatment as instructed
Report abnormal plant conditions or any damage and maintenance issue to supervisor
Carry out basic maintenance of gardening tools
Maintain proper storage and housekeeping of equipment
Assist in general cleaning activities if needed
Maintain irrigation systems and ensure proper watering
Use PPE when handling chemicals or equipment
Report hazards, incidents, or unsafe conditions
