About the role

Fully responsible to support night shift receiving operations from 7pm - 7am.

Key responsibilities

• Tallying and summarize shipment weighment report
• Verify port delivery document and proper documentation on shipment receiving document
• Ensure adequate port weight chit coupon
• Coordination with superior on stock planned arrangement
• Assisting daily delivery to estate ex-main WHS and 3rd party WHS
• Collecting fertilizer samples to independent laboratory for analysis
• Maintain hygiene and arrange worker for warehouse housekeeping
• Involve in branch OSH & ESG compliance
• Monitor daily delivery to estate include checking commitment and planning delivery
• Coordinate and liaise with transporter/haulage for both delivery and incoming containerized shipment

About you

• Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia or equivalent
• Spoken language: Malay, English, Mandarin to effectively communicate with our diverse client base and stakeholders.
• Written language: Malay, English
