【What You Will Do】

1.End-to-End Product Design: Own 0-to-1 product design from concepts to high-fidelity designs, creating wireframes, prototypes, and design solutions with guidance from experienced designers.

2.Cross-Functional Collaboration & Experience Optimization: Work with Product, AI Engineering, and User Research teams to conduct research, usability testing, and data-driven design improvements while balancing user needs, business goals, and technical constraints.

3.Design Reviews & Design Excellence: Participate in design reviews, clearly communicate design rationale and decision-making, and provide objective, constructive feedback to support team collaboration and design excellence.

4.Product Innovation: Identify experience opportunities, propose new ideas, and contribute to future product directions.

【What We Are Looking For】

1.Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from an overseas university in Design, HCI, Computer Science, Psychology, or related fields.

2.Experience designing mobile apps or digital products, demonstrated through a strong portfolio showcasing academic, internship, freelance, or professional projects.

3.Strong visual design skills with a user-centered and product-oriented mindset.

4.Proficiency in Figma, including user flows, wireframes, design systems, and prototypes.

5.Strong logical thinking and ability to communicate design decisions clearly.

6.Strong communication skills with business-level English proficiency.

7.Proactive, curious, and open-minded, with a willingness to learn, experiment, and take ownership.
