Job Description:
- Support head of department in collating and distributing of all frauds, corruptions and malpractices related information/allegations received from the Group Ethics Hotlines and other sources to the relevant investigation functions within with TCMH's Group.
- Undertake assigned investigation cases and special assignments with direct reporting to the Head of Group Investigation and Digital Forensic Services (GIFS). Able to plan and develop investigative strategy and investigation techniques.
- Execute investigation in accordance with TCMH's Conduct of Investigation Procedure including securing adequate evidence and conducting interviews with internal and external parties.
- Able to plan and develop investigation strategy and techniques.
- Documents investigation findings in a systematic way to facilitate official/domestic enquiry.
- Prepare investigation report and recommend corrective actions and present the investigation findings. Make police report and execute follow up actions, if and when required.
- Attend to Domestic Inquiries or court cases in relation to the investigation cases as and when required.
- Assist in the continuous improvement and development of the GIFS, its standards, manuals, tools and training aids.
- Support the Head of GIFS in administration functions and carry out other tasks as and when directed.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Law, Investigation or relevant studies
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
- Technical Knowledge / Skills:
- Investigation techniques and case management
- Fraud, corruption and misconduct investigation
- Evidence collection, documentation and analysis
