Guest Experience Executive

Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional guest service and ensure a memorable guest experience throughout their stay.
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, feedback and complaints professionally.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure guest needs are met promptly.
• Assist with VIP arrivals, special requests, and guest engagement activities.
• Maintain accurate guest records and follow hotel service standards.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Front Office, Guest Relations, or Customer Service.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude with a strong guest-service mindset.
• Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
