What You Will Actually Do

  • Own group‐wide financial reporting, consolidation, and balance sheet integrity across entities.
  • Shape accounting policy treatment decisions and judgments in complex or non‐standard transactions.
  • Lead PayNet’s tax strategy, compliance posture, and engagement with tax authorities and advisors.
  • Own treasury strategy covering liquidity, cash flow, and safeguarding of financial assets.
  • Act as the primary counterpart to auditors, regulators, and the Board on financial matters.
  • Build and lead senior finance leaders across accounting, tax, and treasury.
