Job Requirement

Minimum SPM or Certificate in any related field. Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Responsible, disciplined, patient, and able to manage workers professionally. Basic knowledge of safety, hygiene, and emergency procedures. Able to work independently with minimum supervision.

Job Responsibility

Manage and monitor the daily operations of the hostel to ensure smooth running of facilities and resident activities. Ensure all workers comply with hostel rules, regulations, discipline, and safety requirements. Conduct regular hostel inspections to ensure cleanliness, hygiene, safety, and proper maintenance of the hostel area. Report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, damages, or incidents to the management promptly. Ensure proper implementation of safety and emergency procedures at the hostel. Be available on-call when required to attend urgent hostel matters or emergencies.
