BW Epic Kosan
owns and operates a fleet of about 46 modern and high quality fully pressurized, semi-refrigerated and ethylene capable gas carriers providing seaborne services for the transportation of liquified petroleum gas (LPG), petrochemicals and other specialty gases. We are headquartered in Singapore, with offices in Copenhagen, Manila, and Tokyo. Our vessels serve as a crucial link in the international gas supply chains of leading energy majors and commodity trading houses throughout Southeast Asia, the Middle East, Europe, Africa, and the Americas. We employ approximately 2,000 seafarers and a multi-national team of about 180 shore-based staff.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Reporting to the Senior Manager, HR & Admin, you will provide support on daily HR & Office Admin matters from talent acquisitions, on-boarding / off-boarding to coordination of talents and leadership development programs.
- Talents & Leadership Development – support the planning and organisation of talents and development programs, from needs analysis, scheduling, execution and cost monitoring. Support the organisation of Annual Leadership Workshop and departmental teambuilding events (when requested). Create and update talents card in preparation for succession planning discussion twice a year.
- On-boarding & Off-boarding – responsible for the full-cycle of on-boarding and off-boarding processes in Singapore, including the release of announcements, and to ensure all required documentation, induction, exit interviews are completed timely
- Employee Engagement – play an active role in driving / enhancing employee engagement and work in consultation with Senior HR & Admin Manager, Singapore, to plan, organise and execute a series of wellness / engagement activities with the aim to create a fun and engaging workplace.
- HR Administration – managing corporate travel logistics, overseeing statutory leave and government claims, maintaining HRIS leave data and employee insurance coverage, and HR automation.
- Support other HR & Admin-related tasks / projects assign to you
In addition, you will provide executive assistance to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) as and when required, including the organisation of quarterly Board Meeting and all logistics arrangements for the Board of Directors (booking of air-tickets, hotels reservation, transport booking if required).
QUALIFICATIONS
- Degree or postgraduate education in HR or related discipline
- Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience in HR & Admin
- Proven track records in taking lead in HR-related projects to enhance work efficiency
- Enjoy connecting and working with different levels of stakeholders
- Applicant should be Singaporean.
