HR Senior Executive (Automotive Industries Sdn Bhd)

- Industrial Relations & Employee Relations
o Handle employee disciplinary matters, grievances, and counselling.
o Coordinate and conduct domestic inquiries (DI) when required.
o Draft and issue show cause letters, warning letters, and other IR-related correspondence.
o Advise management on IR policies and best practices.
- Compliance & Legal Matters
o Ensure compliance with the Employment Act 1955, Industrial Relations Act 1967, and other relevant legislation.
o Liaise with government agencies (e.g., JTK, PERKESO, KWSP) and external legal advisors.
o Prepare documentation and represent the company in labour court or IR proceedings, if necessary.
- Policy & Procedure Implementation
o Assist in developing, reviewing, and implementing HR and IR policies.
o Monitor adherence to company rules and regulations.
o Maintain accurate records of disciplinary actions and IR cases.
- Employee Engagement & Communication
o Support initiatives to improve employee relations and workplace morale.
o Act as a point of contact for employee queries regarding rights, benefits, and workplace policies.
- Reporting & Administration
o Maintain and update IR-related records and reports.
o Prepare periodic IR reports for management review.
o Support HR projects, audits, and other administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Law, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in HR, with at least 2-3 years focusing on IR.
- Strong understanding of Malaysia’s labour laws, regulations, and industrial relations practices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
- High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
