HSE Coordinator

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) Coordinator to support safety operations on our construction project. The successful candidate will assist in implementing HSE policies, conducting site inspections, ensuring regulatory compliance, and promoting a strong safety culture across all work activities.

Role Responsibilities:

• Participate in risk management activities
• Conduct HSE inspection
• Identify unsafe condition & act
• Implement corrective & preventive actions
• Conduct investigation on incidents
• Conduct HSE training, including safety induction
• Participate in HSE safety committee
• Assess permit-to-work (PTW) & maintain HSE document
• Professional knowledge in Safety, Health, Hygiene and Environmental
• Able to manage subcontractors and lead workers

Role Requirements

• Advance WSH certificate or equivalent
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of LTA / CAG experience (Main Contractor experience)
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in the construction industry
• Possess a Scaffold Safety Supervisor Course certificate
• Project Location: Lorong Halus
