Sunway Group is looking for driven individuals to join our ICAEW ACA Trainee Programme, designed to develop future finance and business leaders. This structured programme combines professional qualification (ACA) with hands-on experience across core finance and governance functions within the Group.
Programme Structure
Phase 1: Group Internal Audit (GIAD) | 1.5 Years
Exposure to risk, controls, and operations across Sunway’s diverse businesses Involvement in audit engagements and governance processes
Phase 2: Group Finance | 1.5 Years
Exposure to financial reporting, analysis, and corporate finance Participation in budgeting, planning, and investment-related projects

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or first-time passes in ICAEW Professional Level papers (if applicable)
- Candidates pursuing or intending to pursue the ICAEW ACA qualification
