Industrial Engineer

Job Description

1. Analyze and suggest improvements for manufacturing workflows and layouts to improve throughput.
2. Conduct Root Cause Analysis for quality and productivity issues using 5M+1E and Fishbone diagrams.
3. Implement small to medium-scale process improvement projects using Lean and Six Sigma tools.
4. Perform detailed capacity analysis and equipment utilization tracking.
5. Collaborate with production and maintenance teams to integrate new equipment or fixtures.
6. Prepare technical reports and presentations regarding process efficiency for senior management.
7. Support NPI (New Product Introduction) by assisting in the design of cost-effective manufacturing lines.
8. Ensure all engineering activities comply with site safety and environmental regulations.

Requirements

1. Minimum of 3–5 years of industrial engineering experience in a manufacturing (high-mix, low-volume or high-volume manufacturing settings ).
2. Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma methodologies, and continuous improvement tools.
3. Ability to perform VSM (Value Stream Mapping)
4. Knowledge of Ergonomics, proficiency in layout software, and basic knowledge of automation.
