INDUSTRIAL ENGINEERING SECTION MANAGER / MANAGER

Responsibilities:

 To verify CER and capacity analysis for Unisem Simpang Pulai, Unisem Chengdu and Unisem Gopeng  To conduct in -depth analysis of existing processes and workflows within the organization.  To identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies and areas for improvement.  To develop and implement strategies to streamline processes and enhance productivity.  Involve in optimizing processes, improving efficiency and enhancing productivity across various operations and systems  To oversee the implementation of projects related to process improvement, technology integration and facility layout optimization.  To coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.

Requirements:

 Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering / Manufacturing or related discipline.  With working experience in Semiconductor industry.  Have reasonable experience in similar job responsibilities.  Ability to work with all levels of employees.  Independent and self-motivated with good inter-personal communication skills, problem- solving skills and a keen eye for details  Good knowledge in using Microsoft Excel
