As an Employee Relations & Industrial Relations Executive, you’ll play a key role in resolving workplace issues, ensuring compliance with labour laws, and fostering a positive, harmonious work environment.

This role is ideal for HR professionals who enjoy handling complex cases, advising stakeholders, and making a real impact on organizational culture.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

• Managing and resolving employee grievances, conflicts, and industrial disputes
• Handling misconduct and disciplinary cases including counselling, warnings, suspensions, and terminations
• Advising management on employee relations policies, best practices, and conflict resolution approaches
• Ensuring compliance with Malaysian labour laws and industrial regulations (Employment Act 1955, Industrial Relations Act 1967, etc.)
• Liaising with regulatory authorities, auditors, and government bodies when required
• Representing the company in labour and industrial relations matters
• Developing, reviewing, and implementing HR / ER SOPs and the Employment Manual
• Planning and managing Employee Relations initiatives to promote a positive workplace culture

You’ll Succeed in This Role If You

• Hold a Diploma or Degree in HR, Business Administration, Law (LLB), or related fields
• Have at least 3 years of HR experience, with strong exposure to Employee & Industrial Relations
• Possess solid knowledge of Malaysian labour laws and statutory requirements
• Uphold confidentiality and exercise sound judgment at all times
