Intern - Aftersales

Job Duties:

• Act as a point of contact between Sunway Money and our Clients/Partners to investigate and troubleshoot any operational issues.
• Assist in monitoring operational performance on both Clients and Partners, and ensure that the quality of services provided meet their expectations.
• Propose solutions to solve the problems that clients face, expedite correction and follow up to ensure resolution in timely manner while coordinating between related Persons-in-Charge and Clients.
• Support in strategizing ways to optimize efficiency and mitigate risks in daily operations by analysing and improving existing processes, enhancing workflows and proposing automation initiatives.
• Any other duties as and when assigned from time to time.

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

• Candidate must possess or is currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in any field from a reputable university.
• Students seeking internship opportunities of minimum 4-6 months or more, and are interested in starting full-time employment thereafter are encouraged to apply.
• Pleasant personality, result oriented, able to work in a team, and proactive.
• Strong problem solving and communication skills.
• Willing to work in Bandar Sunway.
