Job Requirement

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Mechatronics, or a related field. Good understanding of engineering fundamentals and technical drawings. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Familiarity with CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar) is an advantage. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Good communication and teamwork skills. Willing to learn and adapt in a manufacturing environment.

Job Responsibility

Assist engineers in daily engineering activities and improvement projects. Prepare engineering documentation, reports, and work instructions. Assist in data collection, analysis, and presentation of project results. Participate in preventive maintenance and equipment inspections. Follow company safety policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs). Perform other duties assigned by the Engineering Manager or Supervisor.
