RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibilities:

1. Assist with the RFQ process for FinOps and IT governance tools (requirements, vendor research, evaluation).
2. Support enterprise architecture and governance documentation (diagrams, standards, workflows).
3. Contribute to cloud governance topics across AWS, Azure, and GCP (compliance, access, cost optimization).
4. Support architecture reviews and ITSM improvement efforts through documentation and analysis.
5. Work with internal teams on monitoring and alert management enhancements.

QUALIFICATIONS

Requirements:

1. Interest in cloud governance, FinOps, and enterprise architecture.
2. Basic knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and foundational concepts.
3. Familiarity with ITSM or incident/change management is helpful.
4. Strong documentation and communication skills.
5. Experience with Confluence or SharePoint is a plus.
6. Analytical, detail-oriented, and proactive in learning; able to work independently or in a team.
