INTERN, GROUP TRANSFORMATION

Key Responsibilities

1. Market Intelligence: Conduct deep-dive research on industry trends, competitor movements, and new business models to support the Group’s strategic pivots.
2. Executive Material Preparation: Draft briefing notes, research summaries, and high-impact presentations for senior leadership meetings.
3. Change Management Support: Assist in organizing workshops or internal communications designed to foster a culture of innovation and agility within the Group
4. Project Management Support: Maintain project dashboards for Group-wide initiatives, ensuring key milestones and targets are met.

Requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Academic Background: Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or Data Science.
• Analytical Rigor: Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, modeling) and the ability to turn raw data into a narrative.
• Communication: Strong command of English, with the ability to create "C-suite ready" PowerPoint presentations.
• Agility: A "can-do" attitude to handle diverse tasks, from deep-dive research to administrative coordination in a high-pressure environment.
