About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Market Coordinator Intern to join our Market Management team. In this role, you will play a key part in expanding and managing our portfolio of hotel partners. You will directly support the onboarding of newly partnered hotels onto our platform and ensure that all property content, rates, and availability are accurate, up-to-date, and engaging for travelers.
Note: This is a market operations and partner support role—it does not involve social media content creation or marketing campaign management.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner Onboarding: Lead the end-to-end onboarding process for newly contracted hotel partners onto our platform, ensuring seamless account setup.
- Content Management & Quality Control: Perform regular audits of property pages, verifying the accuracy of hotel descriptions, photos, amenities, room types, and pricing structures.
- Database & Content Updates: Efficiently process update requests from hotel partners (e.g., policy changes, amenity updates, contact information, and rate plan adjustments).
- Operational Support: Assist Market Managers with administrative tasks, reporting, and market data verification.
- Partner Troubleshooting: Serve as a reliable operational contact point for hotel partners regarding platform usage, content maintenance, and inventory configuration.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Computer Science / IT, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Language Skills: Business-level proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
- Technical Aptitude: Comfortable working with web-based platforms, and basic tools like Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets.
- Attention to Detail: High accuracy when handling data and maintaining content standards.
- Communication & Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills to communicate professionally with internal teams and external hotel partners.
- Self-Motivation: Ability to prioritize tasks, adapt to fast-paced workflows, and follow through on operational deliverables.
