About the Role

Job Description Summary Responsible for performing general accounting activities to ensure the integrity, accuracy and completeness of accounting records, and the compliance with accepted accounting standards, AIA group reporting policy and statutory and regulatory requirements

Job Description

• Perform general accounting activities including the preparation, maintenance and reconciliation of ledger accounts and financial statements
• Prepare, record, analyse and report accounting transactions
• Provide forecast, budgeting and analysing variations from budget to relevant functions
• Analyse and prepare statutory accounts, financial statements and reports
• Conduct or assist in the documentation of accounting projects

Requirements:

• Preferably an undergraduate in the penultimate or final year of an Accounting or related program.
• Must be proficient in both written and spoken English
• Excel academically with minimum CGPA 3.20 or second class upper or equivalent
• Minimum internship duration would be 12 weeks or above
• Compulsory internship placements required by university
• Willing to work in IOI City Mall, Tower 1, Putrajaya.
