Intern, Regional Product (Matcha)

Position Responsibilities

• Conduct market research to identify market trends and opportunities to support R&D and formulation for matcha-based beverages.
• Support the Matcha Squad in managing the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation to launch.
• Assist in QA/ QC related activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches and post launch checks.
• Assist in the development of product marketing materials.
• Ensure that all documentation is properly organized and updated on weekly basis.
• Assist in product testing and sensory evaluation, gathering feedback on taste, texture, and customer preference (food & beverages).

Qualification and Experiences

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's in Food Science, Food Technology, Nutrition, Culinology or

a related field.

• Possess own transport and willing to travel.
• Strong interest in beverages (Coffee, Tea and Matcha).
• Sharing a product development portfolio or relevant F&B experience would be an added advantage.
• Beverages R&D and knowledge in matcha.
• Strong analytical, proactive and good problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
