Intern, Social Content & Marketing

Position Responsibilities
- Support the planning and execution of social media content across Instagram, TikTok and other relevant digital platforms.
- Develop creative content ideas, concepts, captions and storytelling that align with the ZUS Signature Coffee brand voice and visual identity.
- Assist in producing short-form content including Reels, TikTok videos, photography, graphics and social media posts.
- Support the development and maintenance of the social media content calendar, ensuring timely and consistent content delivery.
- Research social media trends, cultural moments, competitors and emerging content formats to identify opportunities for the brand.
- Assist with the execution of marketing campaigns, product launches, promotions and in-store activations.
- Coordinate with internal teams, outlets, designers, photographers, creators and external partners to support content production and campaign execution.
- Support KOL/influencer and creator initiatives, including research, coordination and content tracking.
- Monitor social media performance and prepare basic social media reports and insights, including engagement, reach, views and audience growth.
- Assist with community management, including monitoring comments, messages and audience feedback where required.
- Conduct market and competitor research to identify opportunities to strengthen ZUS Signature Coffee's brand presence and customer engagement.
- Ensure all content and marketing materials are aligned with the brand's tone of voice, visual identity and brand guidelines.
- Support other ad-hoc brand, marketing and content projects as required.
Qualification and Experiences
- Currently pursuing or recently graduated from a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Mass Communications, Advertising, Digital Marketing, Creative Media, Graphic Design, Multimedia, Business or a related field.
- Able to commit to the required internship duration.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced F&B / retail environment.
- Able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Candidates with strong creative portfolios or demonstrated social media skills may be considered regardless of academic background.
- Fresh graduates and candidates with relevant internship, freelance, campus or personal project experience are welcome.
- Experience managing or creating content for a personal social media account, student organisation, brand, community or small business is an advantage.
- A portfolio, social media account or examples of content creation, photography, video or copywriting are highly encouraged.
