Internal Audit Executive

About the role

This role involves monitoring billets, bars, and scrap transfer in the plant, viewing CCTV footage and recordings at the Bukit Raja plant, and managing physical count, internal control, and risk identification analysis related to auditing. You will be involved in tasks related to the internal audit plan, including the Quarterly Audit Committee, Risk Management Committee, and integrity meetings, as well as ad hoc and daily internal audit tasks as instructed by the manager.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor billets, bars, and scrap transfer in the plant
• View CCTV footage and recordings at the Bukit Raja plant
• Manage physical count, internal control, and risk identification analysis related to auditing
• Participate in tasks related to the internal audit plan, such as the Quarterly Audit Committee, Risk Management Committee, and integrity meetings
• Perform ad hoc and daily internal audit tasks as instructed by the manager

About you

• At least 3 years of working experience related to internal audit
• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Possess own transport to commute between Petaling Jaya and Bukit Raja, Klang plant
• Able to work as part of a team and liaise with other departments
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other software (an added advantage)
• A candidate who can join immediately will be an added advantage
