RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsibilities
- Scheduling: Create and manage production schedules, including shooting dates, location bookings, and talent availability. Coordinate with various departments to ensure that the production stays on schedule.
- Post-production Coordination: Facilitate the operational transition from production to post-production.
- Logistics and Planning: Plan and organize all logistical aspects of the production, including coordinating with Programme Liaison Executives to secure shooting locations, arranging transportation, crew booking etc.
- Communication: Serve as a liaison between the Executive Producer and various production departments, ensuring that information flows smoothly and deadlines are met.
- Digital Archiving & Categorization: Uploading Chinese Drama's contracts into the central depository system and inputting basic information into the system. Maintain digital archives for easy access and retrieval. Categorize and classify documents based on different categories.
