Roles

1. To co-ordinate with RND team on improvement of latex and chemical formulation.
2. To co-ordinate with production team on process parameter optimization and adjustment
3. To evaluate new chemical or latex available in the market
4. To assist production and RND team on trouble shooting on quality issue found in manufacturing
5. To source and evaluate, new chemicals/latex in lab scale, apply & monitor in production line for mass scale trial run
6. To develop new glove product.
7. To study chemical stability by develop new method for chemical incoming testing.
8. Shall take additional responsibility as instructed by the immediate superior.
9. The scope of authority shall refer to the selected work process procedure/ instruction.

Job Requirements

1. Degree/ Diploma in related courses or equivalents from reputable universities.
2. Good command of English & Malay (spoken and written).
3. Results oriented, strong follow up and good negotiation skills.
4. Pleasant personality and able to interact all level of people.
