Key responsibilities

• Support and coordinate day-to-day HR activities at site level for the Truck Group.
• Serve as a key HR contact for business operations.
• Assist in the implementation of Group HR policies and processes.
• Work closely with line managers and Group HR functions on:
• Employee lifecycle processes
• Recruitment coordination
• Employee relations
• Performance management
• Training coordination
• HR administration
• Support smooth HR operations and timely resolution of HR-related matters.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and local labour regulations.
• Act as a liaison between the business unit and Group HR.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong coordination and organizational skills
• Able to handle confidential information with integrity
• Problem solving and attention to detail
