To assist the HR Manager for overall recruitment and talent acquisition functions, from sourcing candidates and interview arrangement, to offering and onboarding.
To build talent pipeline by engaging with JTK for walk-in interview as well as using other online medium such as Facebook advertisement, LinkedIn, Jobstreet, Smartrecruiters, etc.
Coordinate internal and external training and maintain training reports and records, including in the HRIS.
To assist HR Executive in foreign worker management including new foreign worker application, work permit renewal, FOMEMA medical examination, etc.
Ensure on-time and accurate preparation of reports and maintaining of employee records in HRIS.
To update HR reports and data as required on a periodic basis.
To perform any other tasks and assignments as directed by the Management from time to time.
