What should you do?

• Perform data entry and transaction posting in accounting systems during parallel runs.
• Perform document organization and filing for invoice and payment processing.
• Assist in report generation and extraction from two different systems.
• Handle administrative follow-ups and coordination with Business Units on payment requests and supporting documentation
• Assist in any other initiatives or testing by Accounts Payable team
