What You’ll Learn & Do

• Assist with quantity take-off and preparation of Bills of Quantities (BQ)
• Assist in tender preparation, quotation and cost comparison
• Support interim progress claims and payment certification
• Assist with variation orders and final accounts
• Conduct site measurement and verification of works
• Assist in cost analysis and project cost control
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants and project teams
• Perform other QS-related tasks as assigned

🎓 What We’re Looking For

• Diploma/Degree student in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or related field
• Students looking for industrial training/internship placement
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude, willing to learn and take initiative
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Willing to attend site visits when required
