RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsibilities
- Assist in Risk & Compliance Projects and Frameworks – Support key initiatives such as the Integrated Assurance Framework (IAF) and quarterly reporting by consolidating data inputs, validating submissions, and preparing summary reports for management, gaining hands-on exposure to enterprise assurance processes.
- SOP & Policy Harmonisation Work – Help review SOPs across business units, tag documents, check metadata, and identify outdated templates for updating. Gain exposure to enterprise controls, policy management and cross-departmental compliance alignment.
- Assist in WSH & Compliance Training Initiatives – Support the creation of training slides, visual materials, communications and learning content; track attendance and collate feedback. Opportunity to assist with internal awareness videos and digital learning content.
- Research & Benchmarking – Conduct research on PDPA, risk frameworks, WSH practices and corporate governance developments, producing briefing notes and reference decks to support organisational learning and continuous improvement.
- Production of Training Videos:Assist in producing training videos, including drafting scripts, coordinating with video production teams, and ensuring the content is aligned with PDPA, WSH and compliance requirements.
QUALIFICATIONS
Requirements
- Strong organisational and analytical skills, with the ability to handle and structure large volumes of documents and compliance data accurately; familiarity with Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint is advantageous.
- Good communication and writing skills, able to summarise findings, draft clear content, and liaise with multiple departments professionally on compliance, WSH and PDPA matters.
- Interest in governance, risk, PDPA, or workplace safety, with curiosity to understand how enterprise controls, policies and internal audit functions operate in a media organisation.
- Bonus advantage: Familiarity with video editing / basic content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Premiere, AI video tools) to assist with e-learning support, internal training videos and safety awareness content.
