IT Executive (Private Company)

This role is for private company, not under Bonia Group of Companies.

Oversee store IT infrastructure, POS (Point of Sale) systems, network connectivity, and daily user support for HQ and retail outlets.

• Maintain, support, and troubleshoot retail POS systems, barcode scanners, receipt printers,

and cash drawers.

• Manage store and HQ IT infrastructure, including local network (LAN/Wi-Fi), firewalls, routers,

and VPN connectivity.

• Provide front-line technical support (hardware, software, network) to HQ staff and retail outlet

personnel.

• Oversee retail inventory management software/ERP systems and ensure smooth data

synchronization between stores and HQ.

• Manage data backups, system security, antivirus protection, and user access rights.
• Coordinate with external IT vendors and system service providers for system upgrades,

maintenance, and hardware procurement.

• Perform regular preventative maintenance on IT equipment and maintain an up-to-date IT

asset inventory.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Network

Engineering, or related field.

• Minimum 2 to 4 years of hands-on IT support experience, preferably within the Retail or FMCG

sector.

• Strong experience with Retail POS hardware/software, inventory systems, and network

troubleshooting.

• Familiarity with Windows Server, Active Directory, Office 365 administration, and networking

protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN).

• Willingness to travel to local retail outlets and provide standby support during retail peak

hours/weekends if needed.
