IT Infrastructure Operation Engineer (Fresh Graduate /Internship placement)

Job Description:

1. Responsible for an or several office all IT infrastructure and maintenance, such as: Network(WAN、LAN、WIFI、Line purchase and payment)、IT room(Air-condition、UPS、 Electric power、CCTV、door access control、fire control) , Video Conference devices and setup new office(Network、IT room 、CCTV、door access control、canteen、Video Conference room)
2. Responsible for helpdesk support and troubleshooting, assemble and handle computer/laptop/network/server/eprint/wireless projector related problems in terms of hardware and software.
3. Responsible monitoring, evaluation, demand analysis, program design, planning and budgeting, organization, implementation, operation and maintenance for IT Business Office environment or operation.
4. Responsible for the data analysis of the daily operation and maintenance conditions of infrastructure bottlenecks and potential problems in timely manner and corrective feedback, thus to ensure SLA compliance.
5. Responsible for improving customer satisfaction and office productivity, daily optimization and improvement.

Job Requirement:

1. With a minimum of bachelor's degree in Information Technology / Computer Science or its equivalent.
2. Excellent knowledge and experience of Networking, IP PBX System, CCTV System, UPS System and Security Door Access System, Windows Server and related build up server room.
3. CCNP certification holder is preferable.
4. Great at Troubleshooting, Committed, Responsible, Data Analyst, Team Spirit, Customer-Oriented, prioritizing and multitasking.
5. Good communication and presentation skill.
