IT Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced and hands-on IT Manager to manage the company's IT operations, infrastructure, systems, ERP applications, and user support.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily IT operations, infrastructure, systems, applications, and end-user support
• Administer user accounts, access rights, email, network resources, and business applications
• Support and maintain Microsoft Dynamics NAV (Navision) and other ERP systems
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, network, ERP, and system-related issues
• Manage IT helpdesk tickets and ensure timely resolution of incidents and user requests
• Manage servers, networks, computers, mobile devices, printers, and other IT equipment
• Oversee IT security, backup, system updates, access controls, and data protection
• Plan and manage IT projects, system upgrades, ERP enhancements, and technology improvements
• Manage IT vendors, software licenses, procurement, IT assets, and maintenance contracts
• Manage IT budgets and ensure cost-effective use of technology resources

About you

• Diploma or Degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of relevant IT experience
• Familiar with Microsoft Dynamics NAV (Navision) and ERP systems
• Good knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, Windows, Microsoft 365, and IT security
• Experience in IT support, troubleshooting, vendor management, and IT projects
• Strong problem-solving, communication, organizational, and leadership skills
• Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Relevant IT certifications such as ITIL, Microsoft, Cisco, or CompTIA will be an advantage
