About the role

Act as a bridge between business systems, facilitating the end-to-end implementation of business and technical solutions.

Participate, study, understand and analyse business & operations processes (Distribution, Manufacturing, Inventory management & others module) together with user group for the purpose of identifying detail business process
Understand application and business process to identify detail test planning script & documentation
Support project management – user acceptance test activities
Liaison between users, internal IT members and vendor management. Actively involved in User Acceptance Test
Prepare E-learning training material, coordinating & conduct training
Continue to own know-how of business processes and functionalities of systems domain in charged and assist in exploring, studying new technologies and practices

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Statistics, or a related field
Experience ranging from fresh graduate to 1–4 years or 5–10 years
Sound knowledge of various IT application systems preferable in ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning), workflow, distribution, manufacturing, Inventory management & others module
Proactive, open minded and possess driving attitude to lead discussion and execution of assignments
Organized, detail-oriented, confident, and engaging individual who can relate to people at all levels, both internally and externally
Business processes, systems, and data analysis experiences & skills
Working experience as an active user (or superuser) in any manufacturing industries is an added advantage
System support, changes, and project implementation experiences
Knowledge and experiences in system development lifecycle process and practices
Excellent interpersonal & communication skills, ability to communicate complex technical matters in user language and present ideas clearly to gain supports
