About you
The Senior Executive, Key Management Operations is responsible for ensuring full oversight, coordination, and reporting of all key-related processes and controls. This role serves as the subject matter expert for key safekeeping, access, and movement, while also managing documentation and alignment with inventory, logistics, and customer operations.
Your Day-to-Day
- Label and tag all keys correctly.
- Ensure secure safekeeping of all keys.
- Arrange keys daily to support appointments and logistics teams.
- Record and update incoming and outgoing key movements.
- Generate BT ODO and upload documents as instructed.
- Verify vehicle readiness via CMS before releasing keys.
- Confirm approvals for walk-in requests and update records.
- Assist in car transition handling and coordinate key handover.
Your Know-How
- Fresh graduates or candidates with 0–1 year experience are welcome.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Able to follow instructions and SOPs with discipline.
- Computer literate with basic Excel knowledge.
- Responsible and punctual.
- Able to adapt in a fast-paced working environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong sense of accuracy.
