We're looking to add a BFU Technician located in Yong Peng, Johor to support our extraordinary teams and contribute to our growth.

Job Descriptions:

• Perform daily inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs on all plant utility systems (water treatment, filtration, compressed air, refrigeration, HVAC).
• Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns, diagnose faults, and execute effective repairs to minimize downtime.
• Support the installation, testing, and commissioning of new equipment and system upgrades.
• Strictly follow all safety protocols, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) to ensure a safe and hygienic work environment.
• Maintain accurate maintenance logs, work orders, and spare parts inventory records using our computerized maintenance management system (CMMS).
• Collaborate with production and quality teams to identify and implement operational improvements.

Skills and personalities:

Experience:

• Hands-on maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Proven experience with:

o Pumps, motors, compressors, and pneumatic systems. o Basic plumbing and piping work. o Electrical troubleshooting (single & three-phase) and control panels.
